A step-by-step guide to Bridging CTX to Arbitrum

<aside> đź’ˇ TLDR: There are several ways to bridge CTX from Ethereum Mainnet to Arbitrum, such as the Arbitrum Bridge, Zapper, Synapse, and Hop. For this guide, we will use the Arbitrum Bridge.

Bridging CTX to Arbitrum

  1. Have ETH (for gas fees) and CTX available to use in a decentralized wallet.

    (If you already have a decentralized wallet you can move on to step 2.)

  2. Add Arbitrum to your MetaMask wallet.

    (If you have Arbitrum added already you can move on to Step 3.)

  3. Visit https://bridge.arbitrum.io/ and connect your MetaMask Wallet

  4. Select From as “Mainnet” and enter the amount of CTX you want to send, and select To as “Arbitrum”

  5. Click approve and give permission to access your CTX.

  6. Pay the one-time approval fee to bridge your CTX.

  7. Then click send and confirm the transaction.

  8. After a few minutes, open your wallet network to Arbitrum and your CTX should be available.
